How can I purchase Premium?
In the Mapy.cz mobile app, tap the green button Mapy.cz Premium. The app will offer payment via your app store (Google Play or App Store) using a credit or debit card.
To purchase a subscription, you will need to be signed in to the Mapy.cz app and have a payment card.
Currently, we cannot process subscription payments via bank transfer, cash on delivery, or other payment methods.
Step-by-Step Guide for Purchasing Mapy.cz Premium via Google Play (incl. bank authorization)
- In mobile app tap the green button showing the subscription price.
- The app will direct you to payment options through Google Play.
- Click the blue Subscribe button to confirm the payment using a stored card. (Note: If you don’t have a card saved in Google Play, you’ll need to add one. Ensure your card is authorized for online purchases—check this in your online banking settings).
- Agree to verify and save your payment card details with the merchant.
- Your bank may require confirmation for the transaction based on your online payment security settings. This could involve confirming in your banking app, mobile key, or another verification method. Important: Complete this step after Step 3; otherwise, the transaction may not process successfully!
- You’ll receive a message that the payment transaction has been accepted for processing.
- After completing the transaction, you’ll be redirected back to the mobile app. The Mapy.cz Premium should now be available to you.
