Hello,
I am not sure, if i can help you here. There is our help page with SPF HERE and there is one about DKIM HERE. Both are in czech, but u can use some translator.
Also, you can contact my colleagues on online chat HERE every Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. I am not sure, if there will be someone who would speak English, but you can definitely try it with translator assistance and they will answer all of your questions about Email profi.
